Muffin's fund raiser

Thank you so much, everybody! Our fund raiser is going very well. We're almost at our goal! Only $135 left to go!

I am so honored to know that there are such caring, pet-loving people in my "extended network." (Facebook has been such a HUGE help - I couldn't have done this otherwise.)

Thanks a MILLION to Yvette Pina, whom I met through Tree House Humane Society. Her contacts have done the majority of the donating.

Next week (or sooner, if I find the time) I'll be taking Muffin to 2-3 more vets to get some additional quotes on her care. Once these most urgent situations are taken care of, I'll do her immunizations and start promoting her for adoption. We're going to need someone with a BIG HEART for this one! (Start thinking of possibilities...)
